Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

- Shipping is now available WORLDWIDE

- All brush orders will be shipped within 48hrs of purchase, excluding weekends & public holidays. 

- All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday, will be sent out the following business day. 

DELIVERY  

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery timeframes may be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience and please understand this is out of our control. 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY 

- Standard tracked shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.50 AUD  

- Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.00 AUD 

TIMEFRAMES FOR AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY 

- Regular orders: ETA 2-7 business days. 

- Express orders: ETA 1-3 business days. 

- Orders are sent via Australia Post. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

- Standard tracked shipping is between $14.80 - $29.50 depending on your country, this is calculated at checkout

- Express shipping is between $29.80 - $44.50 depending on your country, this is calculated at checkout

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post

Please note that the receiver is solely responsible for paying any customs charges if any there are taxes levied on your shipment in your destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email stating your purchase has been shipped along with tracking details. Be sure to check spam/junk folders.
