Refund policy

BROW BRUSHES: 

For change of mind a refund will only be issued if the brushes are unused and remain within the packaging and returned within 14 days of receiving the product.  

If you receive faulty brushes, please return the brushes within 14 days to receive either a refund or replacement product. 

ONLINE TRAINING:   

No refunds will be issued for any online training.  

Kobie Lee Brow Studio does not issue refunds for any digital products such as online training and E-Books. By purchasing any online training, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the sale and therefore responsible for choosing the correct product and reading the product details and T&C's before purchasing. 

DISCOUNT CODES:  

If you have a discount code for any product or training, you are responsible to enter the code correctly. No refunds or credits will be issues for any discount code errors.
